| About us:
Monthly meetings of the BCQG include a speaker or demonstration, special project demonstration, secret sisters exchange, guild library access, show and tell, and various other entertaining activities. In addition to having fun, guild business is discussed and ongoing and future events are planned. Additional BCQG activities include a Quilt Show, an annual Raffle Quilt, Workshops, Retreats, block of the month, Quilting Bees, and our various Community Services... Members of BCQG may participate in monthly meetings, quilting bees, and workshops. Guild library materials may be checked out on a monthly basis. In addition, members will receive a monthly newsletter and a membership directory. Membership cards are issued when a member joins the guild. This card may be used to obtain discounts up to 10% from some fabric shops. Members are also allowed to enter quilts for display in the quilt show, free of charge. |
