Fabric I (flower) Cut 4 from template A  Fabric 2 (background)   Cut 8 from template B   Cut 2 squares 3 7/8  Fabric 3 (corners)   Cut 2 squares3 7/8  Fabric 4  Cut 4 squares 3 1/2

For the half square triangles place the 3 7/8 square fabrics right sides together. 
Draw a line corner to corner, sew 1/4 inch on each side of the drawn line. 
Cut along the drawn line.

Construct each quarter of the block, then sew together the quarters to create the block as pictured.
